Frequently asked questions
What kinds of fleets do you buy back?
Corporate fleets of smartphones, tablets, laptops and smartwatches: device refresh, end of lease, site closure or surplus stock. All brands, any condition, including faulty devices, valued for parts.
Do we need to prepare the devices before pickup?
No, that's the whole point: no sorting, no factory resets, no removing accounts one by one. Hand the devices over as they are; we work through the administrative unlocking with you and take care of resets and certified erasure.
How is my fleet's value calculated?
Assessment is done model by model: reference, storage capacity, functional and cosmetic condition, battery health. You receive a detailed proposal, confirmed after physical inspection of the devices on receipt.
What happens to the data on our devices?
Every device we take over is wiped in compliance with the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP. Your company receives a certificate along with a complete inventory by serial number.
