Data we collect

This website has no user accounts or client area. We only collect data you voluntarily send us:

  • Contact form: company name, full name, business email, phone, type of need and message. Submitting opens your email client: the data reaches us by email.
  • Direct exchanges by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical server logs (IP addresses, timestamps), kept briefly for security purposes.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics tools.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to:

  • Answer your requests and prepare offers (pre-contractual measures);
  • Perform the agreed services: buyback, supply, logistics, invoicing (contract performance, legal obligations);
  • Maintain the business relationship (legitimate interest).

Data sharing

Your data is never sold or rented. It may be shared only with our technical service providers (hosting) and, if you choose that channel, with WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own terms. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Data on bought-back devices

As part of our buyback activity, every device we take over undergoes certified data erasure compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP. An erasure certificate and an inventory by IMEI / serial number are issued to the client company.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and the business relationship, then in accordance with applicable legal retention periods (in particular accounting).

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights: info@everlink.ch.
